Mary
Mary is a wonderful example of the longevity and dedication to internal growth at IAB. She has been with the company for 30 years! Mary started her career as an Assistant Analyst and has advanced through the years to her current role as a Project Manager. She noted, “I have the benefit of working for a company that invests in their employees with training and internal growth opportunities.” Mary appreciates the team environment at IAB. Jacob
Jacob graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2018. He began working for IAB in February 2019 as an Assistant Analyst and was quickly promoted to our Accounts Receivable Analyst role. IAB recognized what an asset Jacob was to the team, and he was promoted again to Team lead in November 2019. He said, “From the first interview, IAB felt like home. Our team here is truly special and I am extremely fortunate to be a part of such a unique, and talented group. In my short time here, IAB has been nothing less than a pleasure to work for!”
Vincent
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Information Science Technologies, Vincent joined IAB’s IT Department. He said, “Being a part of the IAB IT Team has given me the chance to work with everyone in the company and allows me to speak about new needs and challenges that arise throughout their normal business operations. I have had the opportunity to work with such a great team that focuses on prioritizing teamwork over everything else.” Vincent likes that IAB helps him strive for and achieve his goals.
Falguni
Falguni started her career with IAB in October 2019 as an Assistant Analyst. Her determination and motivation quickly promoted her into an Accounts Receivable Analyst role within three months. She said, “since I began with IAB I have always been challenged in my job, that’s the best part of working here.” Falguni likes the culture and opportunity for growth at IAB. She is motivated coming to work every day because her team works together to get their work accomplished.
