Health Benefits

At IAB, we prioritize your health and well-being by offering flexible and customizable insurance options. Through the statewide health insurance marketplace, you can choose from a variety of local and national plans that best suit your needs. Our range of options includes plans with $0 deductibles and co-payments, and some employees even qualify for free health insurance based on their selected plan. We cover the majority of the cost to ensure you receive the best possible care. Additionally, we provide Medicare reimbursement employees and their spouses over 65.

Financial Security

IAB Solutions offers a variety of personal protection plans, including a $50,000 company-paid Life Insurance and Accident Insurance program. Mary

Mary comes to IAB Solutions as the Corporate Training Manager after spending 24 years in higher education.  Providing training and educational experiences has been a feature of Mary’s role, having presented to students (and their families), faculty, and staff. “From my interview experience, and every day since IAB Solutions has continued to affirm its commitment to invest in the development of its employees. Jill

Jill has been with IAB for over 19 years! She started as an Accounts Receivable Analyst, progressed to a Team Lead, and is currently a Project Manager in our Dallas office. Candace

Candace started working for IAB in June 2017 as an Accounts Receivable Analyst in our Green Bay office and progressed into the Project Manager role by November 2021. Candace said, “I realized early on that this company cares about its employees and encourages their development and advancement! Joey

Joey is an Accounts Receivable Analyst located in IAB’s Corporate Office in Moosic, PA. Joey joined the IAB Solutions team in March 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Penn State, with an emphasis on Management and Marketing. Joey states, “It’s the welcoming environment and multiple levels of support that make IAB a great place to work.”
