IAB Solutions, LLC is a nationwide, full-service, accounts receivable management company. We provide accounts receivable and deduction management services to many of the country’s most highly-regarded consumer product companies. We are looking for an individual to join our team.

The successful sales candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, , closing on these prospects, and fostering the growth of those client relationships over time. The Outside Sales Associate will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging market opportunities and thereby expand revenue.

  • This position calls for a professional who will generate revenue by engaging with strategic clients and prospects; manage relationships from first contact well past implementation of services.
  • Close new business deals by listening to potential clients’ needs and requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Present and sell company services to potential clients. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from website activity.
  • Work with VP to develop and maintain sales and marketing materials. Ensure materials are accurate, relevant, and meaningful so that sales are maximized.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales agreements and present to potential clients through webinars, in-person meetings, power point presentations, email, etc.
  • Develop strong relationships within peer network, industry groups and influencers.
  • Prepare monthly business development reports, including pipeline, sales forecast, activity, follow-ups, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team when reviewing data from potential clients, developing proposals & fee structures.
  • Organize and participate in marketing events such as conferences, trade shows, credit meetings and webinars.
  • Identify industry opportunities in addition to those industries in which the company has current clients.
  • Maintain CRM system (Highrise), add new prospects, record all sales related contact activity.
  • Other duties as assigned by the VP.


  • Experience with sales or in a sales support role and client relations is desired. Experience with deductions a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to think creatively, take initiative, and constructively bring market feedback to Senior Management Team.
  • Self-motivated individual who is passionate about achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule with overnight travel.
  • Requires up to 30% travel to potential client meetings, conferences, etc. Industry specific experience not required.
