Company Timeline
1984:
Founded as Internal Audit Bureau; The company worked primarily in the Apparel Industry and was based in Morristown, NJ
Late 1980s:
Still utilizing onsite staff, the company expanded into several other industries (including health and beauty, grocery and electronics)
Early 1990s:
Ken Green becomes President of IAB, sharing his expertise in accounts receivable outsourcing, deduction resolution best practices, and chargeback recovery. IAB also Added offsite analysts at our corporate office to complement our clients remotely.
Late 1990s:
Opened Operations Centers in Bradenton, FL, Milford, CT, Boston, MA and Green Bay, WI as our clients demand grew for offsite support
2000:
Corporate Headquarters relocated to Clarks Summit, PA
2003:
Introduction of the Mercury Accounts Receivable System (MARS) as a tool to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness; the enhanced reporting and trending added to IAB's ability to differentiate itself from other service providers in the marketplace
2007:
Company formally changes its name to IAB Solutions LLC maintaining its commitment to confidentiality, customer service and the innovative resolution of deductions and accounts receivable disputes
2008:
Several enhancements result in a web-based MARS with improved capabilities in tracking, reporting and root-cause analysis
2009:
Celebrate 25 years of excellence building a foundation of strong client relationships as we continue to grow and expand; adopting the positioning statement : Partners. Solutions. Results.
